We accept payments through Square AU Pty Ltd. Shipping
We ship through Australia post and, occasionally, Transdirect Pty Ltd, and we share your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and phone number in order to ensure delivery of your order.

How Long We Retain Your Personal Information

We keep contact form submissions for a 6 month period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing or any other purpose.
We store your order information for 5 years, for tax and accounting purposes. The information that we store includes only your order items and payment amounts. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address information are not stored for these purposes.
Your name, delivery address, phone number and email address are kept until the returns period of 30 days has expired, at which time all of these details will be permanently deleted.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information.
