Shipping
Shipping is at a flat rate of $12 Australia-wide. Please note that a physical street address is required for delivery. Sorry, we do not ship to overseas locations.
If you purchase 6 or more bottles (either a straight or a mixed selection), we will include an extra bottle, free of charge, in our shipment to you. If you have a preference for what the free bottle should be (either Glüh-Brew syrup or Sangria Syrup), you may indicate that via the Order Notes field at the time of checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate your preference, which free bottle we include will ultimately be at our discretion.
Refunds and Returns
Our Refunds and Returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
While we are confident that you will love our product, we understand that there will be an occasional exception. If you are not totally satisfied with our product, then you are welcome to return any unopened bottles, and we will refund you the cost of both the unopened bottles and the initial shipping. You must pay the cost of returning the unopened bottles to us, and the bottles (including labelling) must be undamaged and properly sealed when they are received by us in order for you to receive the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and, in the case of a rejection, the reason for our decision.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it usually takes several days for the refund to show up in your credit card account or bank account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If, after a week, the refund still has not shown up in your credit card or bank account, we recommend that you contact your credit card company or bank, as appropriate, as there may be a reason why it is taking longer than usual for the refund to be officially posted.
If you have done as suggested above and you still have not received your refund, then please contact us so that we can help to resolve the issue.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Please note that we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Be aware that you will need to prove that the damage to the product(s) occurred before you took receipt of them. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, then please send us an email explaining the situation, and we will respond with further instructions.
Shipping Returns
Please contact us via email before returning your product, so that we can provide you with detailed instructions regarding the return.
Except in the case of defective or damaged items, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s), and those shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please be aware that, depending on where you live, the time that it may take for any exchanged or replaced item(s) to reach you may vary. We make no guarantees as to the length of time it will take.
If the value of your return shipment is significant, then you may consider using a trackable shipping service or using shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
