Want to make mulled wine (Glühwein) quickly and easily? Glüh-Brew, our flagship syrup, is your solution. With no commitment to time or quantity, you won’t need a recipe for mulled wine, just Glüh-Brew syrup and the red wine you have on hand.
Glüh-Brew has done all the hard work for you by infusing this delicious syrup with citrus and spices, taking the time and effort out of the process so you can make as much or as little mulled wine as you want, quickly and easily.
You can make just one mug in under a minute, or a whole bottle in a few minutes – heat it in the microwave or heat it on the stove top. Simply decide how much mulled wine you want to make, stir in the appropriate amount of syrup and heat (without boiling). Voila! Mulled wine in an instant.
It can be used with any red wine – cheap and cheerful is perfect. The suggested ratio is 25mL of syrup per 200mL mug, or 100mL of syrup per 750mL bottle of red wine. You can adjust this to your exact preference. If you like your mulled wine sweeter, add more syrup. If not, then try using less. If you’re a vegan or have allergies to preservatives or tannins, you can choose the wine that is suitable for you and Glüh-Brew will work a treat.
