With 2026 already well underway and Summer nearly over, we will be welcoming Autumn on March 1. The weather has been very inconsistent this Summer, with Katoomba experiencing heat, rain and humidity as well as unseasonably cool temperatures over the last months. My personal thermostat has been quite muddled and so has my vege garden! The weeds, however, seem to know exactly what they’re doing and are multiplying more rapidly than I care for. These are the trials and tribulations of gardening but I’m hoping that the citrus trees I planted last year will find their “feet” and yield fruit for future batches of Glüh-Brew.
In the meantime, we can cool ourselves with drinks made from Glüh-Brew’s delicious Sangria Syrup, or even make a batch of mulled wine and then chill it down for a refreshing drink that’s something a little different.
